- Use our Services. For example, we may collect personal information when you interact with Vida Agents (defined below) or test agents on the Website.
- Visit our Website or App. For example, we may automatically collect personal information when you navigate our Website through cookies and other tracking technologies.
- As a business customer, sign up for our email newsletter, enter your email for promos/offers, or other customer marketing communications.
- Interact with our social media accounts such as liking, commenting, or direct messaging our profiles.
- Participate in demonstrations or calls with our sales team.

- Categories Of Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Account details. We may collect your name, username, email address, billing address, and phone number.
- Information from your inquiries into our Services. You may provide information when you inquire into our Services, or otherwise indicate you may be interested in our Services, which may include providing us with your name, work email, phone number, company name, position title, and website.
- Financial and payment information. We may collect financial information such as credit and debit card numbers.
- VIDA Agent information. We may collect information about individuals interacting with our AI call agents (“Vida Agent(s)”), including calls to your selected phone number; texts to your selected phone number; appointment details collected by your Vida Agent such as time, date, and descriptions; contact information related to your calls, texts, and appointments, such as name, phone number, and business information; calendar information; and other personal information that may be provided by you while interacting with Vida Agents.
- Potential customer data. We may collect information about customers that attend webinars or conferences, including contact information such as name, phone number, business email, and business information; LinkedIn profile information; and engagement information.
- Business firmographic data. We may collect business contact data and company-level information to evaluate business opportunities, partnerships, and customer eligibility.
Information we automatically collect:
- Mobile data from your use of the App. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
- Metadata and analytics for your use of our Website, App, and Services. We may collect IP address, device information, date/time of visits, new or returning visits, products viewed, page response times, URL clickstreams, how long you stay on our pages, what you do on those pages.

In order to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and services to you and update our records, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, social media platforms, and from other third parties. - Potential customer data. We may collect information about potential business customer data such as mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, and behavior data.

When you interact with our accounts on our community forums or through our brand or community forums on a social media platform, we may collect certain information that you or the platform make available to us such as demographic information and Website metadata analytics (above), your social media account ID, your social media ‘likes’, click-throughs to our Website, or custom interactions.

- How We Disclose Your Personal Information
We may disclose your information with your consent. We may also disclose your information with our corporate affiliates, as well as vendors or service providers who:
- Help us communicate with you. For example, we disclose your information to HubSpot, Inc. who helps us provide communications.
- Manage and optimize our Website, App, and Services. For example, we use both in-house and third-party AI technologies to provide our Services.
- Provide marketing and advertising services. For example, our Website and App may display a third-party hosted "offer wall." Such an offer wall allows third-party advertisers to offer virtual currency, gifts, or other items to users in return for the acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. Such an offer wall may appear in our application(s) and be displayed to you based on certain data, such as your geographic area or demographic information. When you click on an offer wall, you will be brought to an external website belonging to other persons and will leave our application(s). A unique identifier, such as your user ID, will be shared with the offer wall provider in order to prevent fraud and properly credit your account with the relevant reward.
In addition, we may disclose your personal information:
- For legal purposes, including to protect the legal rights of our company, our employees, our agents, and our affiliates; protect the safety and security of our customers; detect and protect against fraud; and comply with law or legal process.
- As part of a business transition. We operate as a Controller (and a ‘Business’ under the CCPA) with respect to all client employee information collected through our Website. We operate as a ‘Processor’ (and a ‘Service Provider’ under the CCPA) with respect to all end user information collected via the Services.

Controller Designation:
Under the GDPR, we are designated as a ‘Controller’ with respect to all client employee information collected through our Website. We operate as a ‘Processor’ under the GDPR with respect to all end user information collected via the Services.
Cross-Border Data Transfers:
All data is stored in the United States. As such, if you are a resident of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we may transfer to, and store the data we collect about you, to countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected, including the United States. Those countries may not have equivalent data protection laws as the country in which you provided the data.
